Undertaking a complete network and systems infrastructure rebuild to support the reconstruction of this major Sydney icon was never going to be a small feat. Add in a total guest services upgrades, application BOH workflows and ongoing support services for 300+ rooms and 6 new F&B outlets - technology was crucial to get right as the property relaunched in 2025.

The number one south coast beachside large format hotel is highly reliant upon technology, importantly we completed reconstruction of networks and infrastructure while delivering guest services improvements throughout, along with our ongoing managed technology services.

Since its re-launch in 2012, MCT has provided ongoing network, infrastructure and support to this high volume south coast icon. The unique set of challenges such as heritage restrictions provided ongoing challenges to overcome to ensure the hotel could operate as efficiently as possible.

Ongoing managed IT services, network and infrastructure upgrades were a necessity for this venue.  Along with ongoing consulting allows us to build a further partnership with this legendary Sydney hotel - with more to come!
